Apply For Enrolment Into St Benedict’s
Admission to St Benedict’s is open to all and applications are all online. Below are the points of entry into St Benedict’s.
Junior Preparatory
The Junior Preparatory School is from Grade 00 to Grade 3 and caters for a total of 400 boys with average class sizes of 25 boys in Gr 0-3 and 20 boys in Gr 00.
Preparatory School
The Preparatory School is from Grade 4 to Grade 7 and caters for a total of 400 boys, with average class sizes of 25 boys.
College
The College is for boys from Grade 8 to matric. At Grade 8 and 9 level, 6 classes with a maximum of 28 boys are accommodated in each grade.
Checklist of Documents
For the online application to St Benedict’s College, these documents must be scanned in and attached to the application.
- Copy of birth certificate.
- Immigrant applicants to submit a copy of unabridged birth certificate and passport.
- Copy of parent/guardian identity document/passport/proof of identity.
- Copy of official immunisation card.
- Proof of custody (if appropriate).
- Copy of baptismal certificate (for Catholic applicants).
- Copy of most recent school report.
- Completed testimonial form. This form must be submitted to the boy’s current school for completion and returned to St Benedict’s. (Applicants for a position from Grade 2 – 10 are required to submit this form)
- Financial Clearance Certificate. This form must be submitted to the boy’s current school for completion and returned to St Benedict’s
- Copy of current school fee statement.
- A R500 non-refundable application fee
