Tuckshop Top-Up Payments

Top up your tuck shop card

Only use this payment transaction to top-up your son's tuck shop card. For any other payments into your account e.g. school fees, please go to general payments.

Instructions

Top up the card balance

  • Step 1: Find your son by his surname:
    • Enter the first two letters of his surname.
      Click on Search.
      Select your son from the drop down list.
      Your son's details and photo will be displayed.
  • Step 2: Enter your details:
    • Enter your name in the Parent Name box.
    • Enter your email address.
    • Enter the top-up amount. Enter the numeric value only - no currency symbol or commas
    • Accept the Terms and Conditions.
    • Click Submit.
  • Step 3: Pay online:
    • You will be redirected to the Paygate secure payment gateway.
    • Follow the instructions on the screen.
    • On successful completion of the payment you will be taken back to the St Benedicts website.
    • You will also receive an email from the school and from PayGate confirming the top-up amount you have paid.
    • If the payment was not successful, a message will be displayed with a reason.
  • Step 4: Use your card:
    • If the payment was successful, the top up amount is instantly available on your son's card!

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

  • The provision of goods is subject to availability. In cases of product unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs.
  • The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
  • With regard to the payment of application, registration, tuition or boarding fees or any charges relating to the service provided by the Provider, such payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Any dispute relating to the fees and charges must be addressed to the Provider at its offices.
  • Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to the Headmaster.
