The St Benedict's school clinic was opened in 2016 when Beverly Ferreira was appointed as the school's first fulltime dispensing sister. The clinic is situated at the foot of the belltower in the Galloway Centre (Room G1) and is open from 07:30 to 16:00 daily.
Boys experiencing minor aches and pains are given stat medication only and then sent back to class. Should their condition not improve, they are reasssesed by the school sister and then sent to reception where they are signed out and collected by their parents.
The clinic also provides basic primary health care treatment to St Benedict's auxiliary staff. A limited service is available to academic and support staff which include basic stat medication and vit bco and b12 injections.
Sister Bev can be contacted through the school's receptions.
